The 1st Free Course on Azulejo Studies / History of Portuguese Tiles offered a chronological overview of the azulejos produced or applied in Portugal. It consisted of ten lessons taught by a group of specialized researchers, covering the most recent scientific perspectives on each period. The lessons were complemented by AzLab sessions focused on the course’s main topic, with the presence of foreign researchers, artists and museologists.
