A project developed by the Instituto de Promoción Cerámica (Castellón, Espanha) and coordinated, in Portugal, by Francisco Queiroz and Ana Margarida Portela. Our research group was responsible for a large number of entries, between 2009 and 2011.

The goal of this initiative was to compile an inventory of the tile heritage of the hospitals belonging to the CHLC, under the terms of the joint protocol signed by this institution and IHA-FLUL. In this context, it is worth highlighting the unique heritage found in the following hospitals: Santa Marta, São José and Santo António dos Capuchos.
